Srinath Sooriyabandara is a player who is inseparable from the Sri Lanka Sevens rugby team. A fleet-footed runner who is known to mesmerize opponents with his dazzling runs, Sooriyabandara crossed the line many a time and is an inspiration to his team mates whenever he takes the field.

What is unique about the character of Sooriyabandara is that he is self-taught and came up the hard away to be where he is, the captain of the Sri Lanka team.
