The 13th and 14th editions of Prathimana, the bi-annual journal of the Department of Sociology, University of Ruhuna, will be launched at 5.00 pm on October 18 under the patronage of the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ruhuna, Prof. Sujeewa Amarasena.
The keynote address will be delivered by Prof. of the Department of Social Sciences, University of Peradeniya, Kalinga Tudor Silva, on ‘Role and challenges of religion in the Covid period’.
