President Gotabaya Rajapaksa opened the China-Sri Lanka Friendship National Nephrology Specialized Hospital in Polonnaruwa on Friday (June 11). The hospital was constructed with funds worth Rs.12 billion as a gift from the Chinese Government. Former President Maithripala Sirisena, Health Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi and several other top officials were also present. (See story inside.)
