The Social Security Programme should be expanded with the aid of public officers from rural areas for the welfare of the economy said Mahinda S. Wejeysooriya, the Kegalle District Secretariat.
He emphasised that the recruitment of artists, entrepreneurs and drivers is the need of the hour.
