Lay member officials of the Branch Associations of the Sri Lanka Scout Association attended a conference at the Hilton Hotel recently. Education Ministry Secretary Prof. Kapila C K Perera was the Chief Guest. Sri Lanka Girl Guides Chief Commissioner Visakha Tillekeratne was the Guest of Honour.
