Ministry of Women’s and Child Affairs organised a procession from Batticaloa Gandhi Park along the main streets to the Manmunai North Secretariat Hall on March 1 to mark the International Women’s Day.
The Walk was kicked off by the Batticaloa Government Agent, P.S.M. Charles. Additional Government Agent S. Giritharan was also present.
