Dinuk Hettiarachchi produced a fine double to guide Asia Asset Finance to victory over Unilever by 25 runs in a MCA ‘B’ division cricket encounter played at Army ground Dombagoda on Saturday (5).
In a low scoring game Hettiarachchi scored 42 runs in their total of 122 runs and then captured 5 for 26 runs in Unilever’s reply of 77 runs.
Wet weather conditions on Sunday afternoon prevented the completion of all the encounters.
