Minister of City Planning and Water Supply and SLMC Leader Rauff Hakeem inaugurated the new water supply project at Neelapola, Kanguveli in Muttur yesterday. About 1360 additional water connections are expected to be provided through the new scheme.
Parliamentarians, M.S. Thowfeek, Provincial Councillors Thurairajasingham, A.L. Nazeer, Ms. Ariyawathi Galapathi, R.M. Anver, J. Lahir and Rasheed, the Engineer-in-Charge of the Water Board, Eastern Province were among the gathering.
