To overcome the severe drought in Batticaloa district, Batticaloa Government Agent, P.S.M. Charles handed over 80 water tanks with 1000 litre capacity to the Divisional Secretaries of Eravur Pattu, Koralai Pattu North, Koralai Pattu South, Koralai Pattu Central, Manmunai South West and Poraitivu Pattu at the Secretariat recently.
