The CID’s Illegal Assets Investigation Division has received a list of around 18,000 persons who helped in the construction of Pastor Jerome Fernando’s ‘Miracle Dome’ hall and also reports regarding the financial help they rendered.
Investigations have also revealed that some government officials who are Pastor’s followers have even sold the vehicle permits they received from the government and had given all that money as support for the construction of this ‘Miracle Dome’ hall in Katunayake.
Police information revealed that the Illegal Assets Investigation Division is planning to record statements from the followers who have given such assistance.
