The circular to redeploy State employees who are contesting the Local Government elections will be issued by the Provincial Councils and Local Government Ministry today.
The Ministry has submitted the relevant request for the approval by the Election Commission. Accordingly, these candidates will be reinstated to the nearest service requirement outside of their electorates.
