Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said that the operations at the Colombo National Eye Hospital will resume from today (24).
Surgeries were temporarily stopped recently, due to several patients having complications after surgeries performed at the Eye Hospital.
The Health Minister said that the medicine related to such complications has now been withdrawn from use and an investigation has already been started in connection with the incident.
