State Minister Lasantha Alagiyawanna said that the Samurdhi Development Department and the Police Department have been summoned before the Committee on Government Accounts (COPA Committee) in the coming week.
Accordingly, next Tuesday, (25 April) the officials of the Samurdhi Development Department has been called to appear before the COPAand representatives of the Police department has been called to appearbeforeCOPA on 26th Wednesday to examine the Auditor General's reports and current performance of the departments.
