Premiere Xi Jinping was appointed by a ceremonious vote today as the President of China for a third term in a row, he will rule China for another 5-years. marking him as the longest serving head of state of China since it was founded in 1949. It has been stated that Xi Jingping is China’s most powerful ruler since Mao Zedong.
Nearly 3,000 members of the National People's Congress (NPC) unanimously voted for Xi Jinping's candidacy at China's Great Hall of the People.According to the Reuters report, there was no other candidate in the election. Xi was also elected for a third term as chairman of China's Central Military Commission
