Pradeep Rathnayaka’s Minisun Athara Minisek

Pradeep Rathnayaka will launch his book Minisun Athara Minisek (“A Man Among Men”) at the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration on Tuesday (20) at 2 p.m.

Rathnayaka is a senior officer in the Public administration service. He had worked for five years as a Government Agent of the Matara District. He is a Moratuwa University engineer and Sri Lanka’s only engineer to have served as a Government Agent. In his book, Rathnayaka vividly describes his life experiences.
