NAITA’s vision is to become the most efficient training provider organisation that effectively contributes to achieving prosperity in Sri Lanka through human resource development.
NAITA Institute, which has a long history of 51 years of apprenticeship training, is currently providing many services to the vocational training sector.
Having recognised the needs of the local and foreign workforce and the country, the NAITA Institute is constantly shouldering the social mission of creating a young generation who can contribute to the uplift of the economy of the country.
The personnel trained by NAITA Institute have become recognised professionals in the society who have been able to acquire valuable professional opportunities locally as well as abroad.
“We are in the decade of skills. Instead of producing a technician through apprenticeship training in the skills decade, our main aim is to produce an entrepreneur, a creative technologist.
In view of this 51st anniversary, the sole objective of all of us is to successfully fulfill the social mission of turning the Sri Lankan youth into a perfect youth generation with skills that can actively contribute to the country’s workforce,” a media release issued by NAITA stated.
On the occasion of the 51st anniversary, various programs were implemented in connection with the head office and district offices.
Accordingly, arrangements were made to hold a sermon on December 16 at the Head Office at 971, Sri Jayewardenepura Mawatha, Welikada, Rajagiriya.
