BOC deploys CRM unit at the Lotus Tower

The Bank of Ceylon (BOC) deployed a Cash Recycling Machine (CRM) Unit at the iconic globally acclaimed Colombo Lotus Tower on the 15th of September this year in concurrence with the Tower’s official commencement of operations as it was declared open to the public.

The ceremony was held with the participation of the Bank’s Assistant General Manager - Branch Operation Ms. D.R.C.S Udayakumari, Assistant General Manager (Western Province Central) Ms. RuchindraPerera, Assistant General Manager (Marketing) Mr. ArunaHettiarachchi, Operations Manager Ms. NiroshaAbeysundara, Senior Area Manager Ms. Mithila Dilhani and the Hyde Park Branch Manager Ms. JayamaliSaparamadu.

The Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Lotus Tower, Major General (Retd) Prasad Samarasinghe also participated as a Guest of Honor for the opening. The BOC CRM Unit has been deployed in a focal location of the Podium which is specially designated for banks. In particular, BOC stands among handful of renowned commercial banks permitted to setup and operate a banking unit in this designated area within the Lotus Tower premises.

The newly deployed BOC CRM Unit equipped with latest digital technology is set usher in range of digital banking services for everyone including both local and foreign visitors who are now flocking in masses to take peak of the Lotus Tower while experiencing its facilities. BOC stands committed to provide a more convenient, flexible and efficient banking experience for them with its newly deployed CRM Unit for them.
