St. Peter’s College players Rusanda Gamage, Vishen Helambage, Shenal Boteju, Shansay Gunatilaka, Lahiru Devatage, Wanuja Sahan, Nimuthu Gunawardena, Danal Hemananda, Niman Umesh and Shenal Rodrigo who made up the winning team that beat St. Joseph’s College in their 48th limited overs cricket encounter celebrate with the Fr. Peter A Pillai Shield at the SSC ground last Saturday. The Peterites thanks to a 147-run stand for the seventh wicket between Wanuja Sahan (102 not out) and Danal Hemananda (81) posted 245 for 9 in 50 overs and restricted the Joes to 219 for 9 in 50 overs
