The annual flag-hoisting ceremony of Puliyantivu St. Anthony’s Church,Batticaloa was held recently. The administrator of the shrine, Rev. Fr. J.S. Morayas and Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. C.V. Annathas officiated at the Holy Mass after hoisting the flag.
