A discussion on development projects of the Batticaloa Municipal Council for the welfare of ratepayers with representatives from commercial institutions, banks and other financial companies was held at the Batticaloa Town Hall recently. The discussion was presided over by Commissioner Batticaloa Municipal Council, N. Mathivannan.
