Sri Lanka’s media role to combat food and medicine shortage

The first in a series of trilingual discussions on the topic ‘Sri Lankan mainstream media role to combat food and medicinal shortage,’ will commence on June 9 at 2.00 pm as an online series.

The representation of the series is islandwide and inclusive of print, electronic and visual media organisations and representatives. The conference series will focus on food and medicine security as well as sustainability and the awareness and education of the media.

This is not an initiative linked to any political or foreign organisation or entity and involves only the effort of Sri Lankan mass media practitioners and citizens with the knowledge..
