The 25th Convocation of the Eastern University, Vantharumoolai, Batticaloa took place recently. The ceremony was coordinated by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Vallipuram Kanagasingam and presided over by Chancellor Dr. Velmurugu Vivekanandaraja.
University Grants Commission Deputy Chairman, Senior Prof. Chanthana P. Udawattha was the chief guest.
