The United National Party (UNP) commenced its 2022 membership drive from the Colombo District yesterday, according to a media release from the party.
“We are pleased to state that on the first day of our program we have registered 60,000 members in the Colombo district,” the release added.
The UNP membership program in the Colombo district is scheduled to continue on Sunday. The UNP will continue to carry out membership programs across all districts in the coming weeks, the relase stated.
