Moragoda calls on Rajinder Khanna and Vikram Misri

Milinda Moragoda, Sri Lanka’s, High Commissioner to India met Shri Rajinder Khanna, Deputy National Security Adviser and Secretary of the National Security Council Secretariat to discuss aspects of the Indo-Sri Lanka relationship.

Earlier, the new Deputy National Security Advisor of India, Ambassador Vikram Misri, had also met Milinda Moragoda at the Sri Lankan High Commissioner’s residence.

Shri Rajindra Khanna was a member of the prestigious Indian Police Service (IPS) and a former head of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). Vikram Misri, a senior Indian diplomat, was until recently as India’s ambassador in China. He also served as Deputy High Commissioner in Colombo earlier on in his career. Ambassador Moragoda presented Shri Khanna and Ambassador Misri with copies of the Integrated Country Strategy for Sri Lanka Diplomatic Missions in India - 2021-2023.
