The Sri Lanka Institute of Confectionery and Culinary Arts (SLICCA) previously known as Finest Bakes Institute will be hosting the annual exhibition for the fourth time on January 29-30 at Hotel Galadari.
The chief guest will be Minister of Trade Bandula Gunawardana. The sugar show will be open to the public on both days from 10 am to 6 pm. Cake artistes across the country are taking part in over 20 categories as finalists.
Over 250 exhibits will be on display.
The ‘Sri Lankan Cake Award’ is all about recognising talent.
The founder of SLICCA, Dr. F. Rushda will be among the panel of international judges who will join the show virtually.
