‘Saho’ won The Best Director, Best film, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Editing and Best Sound at the Robinson Film Awards in Italy. ‘Saho’ also won the award for the ‘Best Asian Feature Film’ at the Golden Leaf International Film Awards in India. At the ARG International Film festival ‘Saho’ won the award for the Best Feature Film.
In addition, ‘Saho’ was selected for the second round of the Cannes Film Festival in France. This is a special occasion. It has already qualified for the final round of the Borden International Film Awards in Sweden. ‘Saho’ has been selected for the official selections of the UK’s Film Festival, UK Lift - off Global Networks Film Festival and Belgian BUZZ IFF Networks Film Festival. It will soon be available to Sri Lankan audiences.
