Asoka Handagama’s theatre production A Death in an Antique Shop will be at Elphinstone Theatre on December 21, at 3:30 and 7:00 pm.
These two performances are for the Preksha Theatre Festival.
The cast of the play includes the most distinguished actors in Sri Lankan theatre, led by veteran theater and cinema actor Saumya Liyanage.
Pasan Ranaweera, Nipuni Sharadha and Stefan Thirimanna are the other lead performers.
Music for the play is by Chinthaka Jayakody, Production Design by Bimal Dushmantha, Lighting by Anuruddha Mallawarachchi.
This new theatrical exercise by award winning filmmaker and dramatist Asoka Handagama, will be a novel experience for the theatre audience of Sri Lanka.
