Storer Duraisamy Yogendra, a degree holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B. (Ceylon) from the University of Sri Lanka, completed the legendary practice of 50 years in the legal profession.
Before the fusion of the profession, although he qualified to practice as an advocate, in the profession, yet, he opted to commence his practice as a proctor, and admitted as such on July 26, 1971.
He has practised in almost all the courts, throughout the country and additionally is associated with a reputed legal firm of lawyers in London.
He was a Member of the Rent Board of Review, and further an Examiner in Law at the Ceylon Law College, for the admission of students to the profession, and listed as one of the Attorneys by the US Embassy in Sri Lanka, for all types of legal work.
At present, he is the Head of the Legal Firm of Mather and Ramanathan that has been in existence for more than 75 years rendering a service to the people of Sri Lanka.
