The imposed travel restriction from United Kingdom (UK) to Sri Lanka due to new COVID-19 variant has been lifted with immediate effect announced the Foreign Ministry.
The tourist arrivals from UK will resume under the health guidelines introduced by the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau.
