Sri Lanka became the 10th country in handling Coronavirus Crisis out of 100 nations in the world, announced the Australian Think tank Lowy Institute.
New Zealand became the BEST country in managing the pandemic so far and Vietnam, Thailand ranked second and third respectively.
The Lowy Institute researchers tracked on number of cases, confirmed deaths and testing rates in each country.
However, the research did not display the response of China due to lack of publically available data.
“Countries with population fewer than 10 million people proved more agile, on average, than the majority of their larger counterparts in handling the health emergency” stated Herve Lemahieu of The Lowy Institute.
