273 Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) buses were repaired and re-added for passenger transportation under the patronage of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today (31).
These buses will be utilized to meet the passenger transportation needs in several rural areas of the country.
All the renovated buses were repaired at a cost of Rs. 115 million.
The Transport Minister Gamini Lokuge, State Minister Dilum Amunugama, Principal Advisor to the President Lalith Weeratunga and Chairman of SLTB Kingsley Ranawaka were present at the event.
