Indian cricketer MS Dhoni has been declared as the most spiritedly cleanest cricketer by the International Cricket Council as he bagged the ICC Spirit of Cricket Award of the Decade.
Dhoni among other unique aspects of fair play made a magnificent gesture to call back England's Ian Bell who was ruled out by the umpire in dubious circumstances during his playing days.
