The Sunday Mass officiated by Archbishop Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith will be telecast on Verbum TV and Seth FM Radio at 11.00 a. m today, Sunday
The Mass in Tamil will be telecast by Bishop Anton Ranjith at 9.00 a. m on Verbum TV.
Wedding and funeral services will be permitted in keeping with health guidelines with the explicit permission of the relevant authorities, he said.
On Monday, November 2, All Souls Day, the Parish Priests of the parishes will offer the Holy Mass for the departed souls in the parish church and not in the cemetery. The Parish Priest will bless the graves in the cemetery after the Mass.
The trilingual concelebrated Mass for the deceased will be telecast live at 5 pm by His Eminence and the Auxiliary Bishops at St Anthony’s Shrine, Colombo on TV 1(Sirasa) and Seth FM, Fr. Subasinghe said. DJ
