Two Interact Art Plays will be staged at the Preksha Drama Festival organised by the Tower Hall Theatre Foundation.
The first play, Anne Frank, directed by M.Safeer, is a Sinhala language production based on the Anne Frank diary, and will be staged at the Elphinstone Theatre, Maradana on August 31 at 3.30pm and 6.30pm.
The second play, ‘Untouched’, English Language Drama directed by Sujeewa Pathinisekara, will be stagedat the Elphinstone Theatre on September 2.
The play has represented Sri Lanka at the Fujairah Drama Festival in the united emirates and the Kalkata Dum Dum Festival in India.
Subuddhi Lakmali performs in the play and set and choreography by M. Safeer, Music by Vindaka Weerasinghe and Lighting Wasantha Kumara.
