Schools were reopened islandwide after three months due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The first group of students from Grade 5, 11 and 13 attended school on July 6, under the guidance of health authorities. Here students of Zahira College, Colombo enter the school with masks and their hands washed.
The College authorities checked the temperature of the students and teachers at the college entrance. Principal, Trizviy Marikkar, Deputy Principals Ananda Ponnemperuma, Razeen Assen, Vice Principals and Sectional Heads welcomed the students and presented gifts.
