A panel discussion on “The need for electoral reforms in Sri Lanka” will be held on February 26 at 5.30 pm at the auditorium of the Organisation of Professional Association at Stanley Wijesundara Mawatha, Colombo 7, organised by the British Scholars’ Association of Sri Lanka (BSA). Commissioner of Elections Mahinda Deshapriya and Acting Vice Chancellor of Sri Jayewardenepura University Senior Professor Sudantha Liyanage will be the panelists. President of the BSA Professor Ravindra Fernando will chair the discussion.
