Havelocks registered a close 13-11 victory over Air Force in their Dialog inter club league rugby championship match at Ratmalana yesterday.
The winners scored two tries and a penalty as against one try and two penalties.
Skipper of Havies Mithun Hapugoda and Umesh Madushan played a major role and scored the important tries while Prince Chamara put over two penalties
Gayantha Iddamalgoda scored the try for Air Force while Ishara Madushanka put over two penalties.
