An interesting book which I read recently is Beast Quest: Lustor of the Acid Dart by Adam Blade. It was first published by Orchard Books in 2012. The main characters in this book are Tom, the hero, Alena, his girlfriend and their two pets. Tom is a brave young boy who fights the beasts with his girlfriend to save his kingdom.
One day, Tom gets to know that a beast called Lustor who spits acid has arrived. When Tom is on his way to kill the beast he meets a Knight who is also a good person who wants to kill the beast. But a wicked wizard called Malvel casts a spell on the Knight which makes him evil and turns him against Tom. The Knight tries to attack Tom but he defeats him and continues his journey to defeat Lustor. Tom defeats Lustor using a weapon called Silver Disk.
I like this book because it tells an interesting story.
