Combank heralds ‘redemption time’ for Max Loyalty Rewards

It’s rewards time for Commercial Bank’s Credit and Debit cardholders, on whose behalf the Bank has launched an exclusive website to enable tracking and redeeming of points accumulated under the Max Loyalty Rewards programme, the only loyalty programme in Sri Lanka that rewards use of both Credit and Debit Cards.

The new website at https://maxrewards.combank.net/ provides access to products and services from more than 50 local merchant partners in a number of categories including flights, hotels and excursions, clothing and accessories, electronics, restaurants, bookshops, car care and lifestyle products, supermarkets and online channels.

All Commercial Bank cardholders can register on the site to view their accumulated points, and decide on a host of redemption options. Once a merchant and product are selected, they can apply for a voucher which will be delivered to their doorstep within three to four working days. The voucher has to be submitted to the merchant outlet to receive the selected reward.

Named ‘Reward you to the MAX’ the redemption portal is focused on providing convenient way for Commercial Bank card users to earn, track and redeem their loyalty points.

“We have provided a wider choice covering many categories for our customers to redeem their accumulated Max Loyalty points Commercial Bank’s Deputy General Manager Marketing, Hasrath Munasinghe said.

“As always, Commercial Bank has added value to the product and the process to make the mundane exciting.”
