A pinkama to mark Vesak Poya will be held at the Pabbatarama Viharaya, Kotagala today, under the patronage of the Viharadhipathi Ven. Tissamaharamaye Dhammajothi Nayake Thera. The pinkama organised by the Vihara Dayaka Sabha, Sariputra Daham Pasala and the Kulangana Samithi will include a sil campaign, Dhamma desana, meditation campaign and a pahan pinkama.
Ven. Gelioya Dhammarakkitha Thera will conduct the Bodhi Pooja.
