xAn electric Vaccum Extractor which facilitated child delivery, worth over Rs. 2 million was donated to the Dambadeniya Hospital, fulfilling the last wish of the late Prof. Tissa Perera, the first Pathologist of the Karapitiya Hospital, Galle.
The donation was made by the late professor’s family lawyer, Ms. Monouri Dunusinghe in response to a request by the Medical Superintendent, Dambadeniya Hospital, Dr. K.A.R. Priyantha Jayathilaka.
