A 32-year-old individual was arrested with a haul of Kerala Ganja weighing 10.23 kilograms in Vavuniya yesterday.
Acting on a tip-off received officers from the Vavuniya Police made the discovery while inspecting a suspicious individual. The man was arrested in the Vavuniya town around 10 am yesterday Police sources said. The suspect is said to be a resident of Meesalai North in Kodikamam.
Vavuniya Police are carrying out further investigations into the incident.
