MAS Shadeline clinched the Mercantile ‘C’ Division netball title yesterday at the Sports Ministry ground at Torrington. They defeated HSBC Bank 28 to 14 in the final.
The tournament which commenced yesterday has attracted 35 teams and they were group in to five as A-E divisions. All these matches are to be played on League basis. As the ‘D’ Division has attracted many teams the organizers have divided them to play in separate groups.
The other four division matches are to played today from 8.0a.m. on wards. The finals are scheduled to commence around 3.0 p.m. and awards ceremony will follow.
