Pallekkele International Cricket Stadium is ready to host the two ODI matches between Sri Lanka and India for the first time. The Third and final Test is already in progress and the two ODI’s are scheduled to begin on August 24 and 27. Tickets will be sold at Rs.200, (open area) and Rs.500/-(A & B stands).
According to Janaka Pathirana, the President of the CPCA, the Pallekelle Stadium Wicket is prepared by Godfrey Dabarera and more than 400 Policemen are expected to be on duty as a record crowd is expected to witness the matches.
