Guests enjoy pure Ceylon tea with authentic Sri Lankan savouries, biscuits and sweets when the Global Ceylon Tea Party, celebrating the 150th anniversary of Ceylon Tea, got underway in Sweden last week. Sri Lanka and Ceylon Tea organised ‘The Global Ceylon Tea Party’ events at Sri Lankan diplomatic missions in 37 countries, while partner tea companies, cafes, and homes across the globe hosted similar tea parties, starting in the Pacific and ending on the West coast of the Americas.
