The UCSC Exploration Club of the University of the Colombo School of Computing will hold a musical show, ‘NINNADA 2017’ on Friday May 26 from 6.30 p.m. at the Maharagama Youth Centre.
The UCSC is on a mission to assist poor students who face a desperate situation having no basic services or facilities for their education.
Some students who are reading for their O/L Exams are in dire straits with not having water to drink or water even for sanitary purposes. The teachers too face this highly distressing situation while not having water. Currently the UCSC Exploration Club is planning to build an IT lab in one of these schools.
The proceeds of the show, ‘Ninnada 2017’ will be in aid of the lab building fund.
