On receipt of information, a group of naval personnel attached to the Western Naval Command in coordination with the Thalangama (North) Police, arrested four people along with four kg of Kerala Cannabis on Thursday in two separate raids.
Three of the suspects were arrested with two kg, during a raid carried out in the Thalangama (North) area, while the other person was nabbed with two kg of cannabis in Wellampitiya. The apprehended people, the stock of cannabis and two motor bicycles were handed over to the Police for legal action.
