‘Samurdhi Abimani 2017’, the Handicraft Exhibition and Fair, to mark the Sinhala and Tamil New Year, by the Samurdhi beneficiaries of the 14 Divisional Secretariats in the Batticaloa district was held at Navatkuda Vivekananda Playgrounds recently.
