Joy and happiness is essentially a part of the celebrations to mark the dawn of the Sinhala and Hindu New Year.
Playing the rabana is a part of the celebrations and the young generation following in the footsteps of their elders play the rabana during the Avurudu season. Here a group of young people enjoy playing the rabana.
