With the scores almost level after the second day the 111th Battle of the Blues cricket encounter between St Thomas’ Matara and St Servatius was heading for another dreary draw at Uyanwatta Stadium.
The Thomians batted out the full 90 overs bowled yesterday to add 195 runs to their score and losing seven wickets to end the day at 199/9. St Servatius invited to bat first scored 207 runs.
